Keep your account secure

Following a few simple security practices when logging in to ak 999 will keep your account safe at all times. We maintain the highest level of technical security, but your own vigilance matters just as much.

• Never share your password with anyone — even our support team will never ask for it.
• Always log in through the official ak 999 website or app only.
• If you log in on public Wi-Fi or a shared device, always log out when your session is over.
• Use a strong password — combine uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Change your password regularly, especially if you suspect your account may have been compromised.
• Instead of clicking links in suspicious emails or messages, type the address directly into your browser.

Millions of users log in to ak 999 every day. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard as the banking sector — to keep every session secure. Your personal information stays completely protected, with no risk of exposure.

There are two ways to log in to ak 999 — with your mobile number or your username. Choose whichever works best for you. Logging in with your mobile number adds an extra layer of security through OTP verification.

Forgot your password? No worries. You can reset it easily by receiving an OTP on your registered mobile number. The whole process takes just a few minutes.
